When you use the Jominsure platform we may collect personal information that you provide directly, including:

  • Identification details (full name, NRIC, date of birth)
  • Contact details (email, phone, address)
  • Professional details (for healthcare or business cover): APC number, specialty, clinic details, business registration
  • Policy, quotation, and claims-related information
  • Technical information about your visit (device, browser, IP address, pages viewed)

How we use your data

  • To provide quotations and issue insurance certificates
  • To facilitate communication with insurers and Takaful operators
  • To respond to enquiries, support requests, and claims
  • To send relevant policy updates, renewal reminders, and product information you have consented to receive
  • To meet legal, regulatory, and audit obligations under Malaysian law

Sharing of data

We share personal data only with the parties needed to deliver the services you request — primarily the licensed insurer or Takaful operator handling your policy, our payment gateway, and our IT and communication service providers. We do not sell your personal data.
